Founder’s Story:-
Hello, I am Mitu Priya, Founder of Maison Plats.
An MBA professional by qualification and a passionate home cook at heart, I have always believed that food is much more than nourishment. It is a way of expressing love, preserving traditions, and bringing people together. Maison Plats was born from this very belief and from my deep passion for creating food that is authentic, homemade, pure, and rich in traditional flavours.
What started as a dream to serve wholesome, home-style food has grown into a professionally managed venture dedicated to quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction. Today, Maison Plats is an MSME and Udyam-registered enterprise, supported through a MUDRA loan from State Bank of India (SBI). We proudly operate a cloud kitchen and have successfully delivered homemade food to customers across Delhi-NCR.
Our greatest strength is simple yet powerful: the taste and trust of home-cooked food, supported by professional standards of hygiene, quality, consistency, and service excellence. Every order that leaves our kitchen carries the same care and attention that goes into preparing meals for our own family.
A significant milestone in our entrepreneurial journey came on 17 September, when I had the honour of being invited by the Government of India, Ministry of MSME, for a special interaction with selected women entrepreneurs, addressed by the Hon’ble Finance Minister, Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman. This recognition further strengthened my commitment to building a brand that celebrates women-led entrepreneurship, traditional Indian cuisine, and customer trust.
For me, Maison Plats is not merely a food business. It is a reflection of my passion, perseverance, and belief that thoughtfully prepared food can create lasting memories. Every meal, every sweet, and every snack we serve carries our promise of authenticity, warmth, and heartfelt hospitality.
